SANTA .... He's EVERYWHERE!!

VINTAGE CHRISTMAS UNUSUAL Hand Made SANTA Decoration MINT STUFFED DOLL

We have always had a lot of fun finding unusual items at Estate Sales on our Friday Date Day, but this little Santa decoration caught my eye, and the more we looked at it, the more unusual it appeared. If you click on the picture, you will see that all of the dolls in Santa's stockings have sad faces! Doesn't that seem strange to you?

So, it's not surprising that it was a Santa collector who bought him from us on eBay. I struck up a conversation with Brian, and asked him if I could share some of the pictures of his collection that he sent to me. He plans to write a book about Santa collecting, and it looks like he has plenty to write about!

They are cute, aren't they, Miss T. No one would accuse them of not enjoying the Christmas holidays!

Wow! I don't think I've ever seen so many Santas all grouped together in one house.

And that's only a FEW of the pictures he sent me, Marion!!! Wouldn't you just love to go spend a couple of hours looking?

I thought I had a problem with clutter. LOL

Have a blessed Christmas and a better New Year.

That's not clutter! You want to see clutter, you ought to see my house. No, on second thought, I'm glad you can't see my house. LOL

Merry Christmas, CyberCelt!!

Santa is all over - the last pictures reminds me of the movie: The Birds - but this is so different and lovely - Yeah: Let Santa's come in flocks.

Great post

Wow, I haven't seen anything quite like this. Does he actually live in the space too?

A flock of Santa's - interesting imagery, Toraa.

As far as I know, Shelia, these are photos of his house. He told me his son hopes his dad sells the collection before he passes away, so he won't have to get rid of all of them. LOL

What a wonderful collection of Santas Rosemary! They're all so cute too!

I didn't dare put all the photos in the post, for fear it would never finish loading. But this really is just a small part of his collection! Hard to imagine, isn't it, Naomi? And yes, they are all as cute as they can be. Some of the other photos showed some really elegant ones, dressed in white velvet, instead of red suits.
